grow as artists and arts leaders, be inspired to connect with and take part in the wider arts world

A range of unique qualifications that supports anyone aged 5 to 25  through all art forms, from dance to digital art or pottery to poetry.

As a registered Arts Award Centre and Advisor I can offer :

  • support you to deliver the Arts Award in your setting and
  • support Home Educators to gain this qualification through distance learning.
  • support your Artsmark status and can contribute positively when being reviewed by Ofsted.

Through Arts Award children and young people can take an inspiring art journey that earns them qualifications for something they enjoy, making the award very valuable and practical. It is not prescriptive and covers all art forms and all artists, allowing children and young people independence and freedom to develop their own learning pathways.

The Award seeks not only to extend artistic abilities, it also encourages an understanding of the work that artists undertake in the community, developing children and young as arts leaders and providing pathways to success in the real world.
